Himalayan Salt Crystals are earths very own cleansers. Restoring balance in our
environment. When heated, negative ions are emitted, killing bacteria, purifying the air,
reducing radiation, increasing wellbeing & soothing the mind.
With all the extra chaos in our lives, and all the hi-tech equipment we use, there is more
positive ions released into the air.
No wonder we are finding ourselves physically and mentally drained.
Negative Ions are naturally found just before a thunderstorm, near a waterfall,
or where nature is the most purest.
They are mined from the foothills of Himalayan Mountains.
The salt originating from the
oceans from hundreds of years ago, when they were the most purest without human
contamination. Many people swear by their healing qualities, helping with migraines,
respiration problems, fatigue, anxiety, Insomnia and mental health issues.
Himalayan Salt Crystals are very unique there is no two that are alike.
They come in mixed
shades of Beige, White, Orange, Peach, Apricot, Red & Pink. Colours vary due to their
minute traces of Magnesium, iron and other trace minerals.
The Scientific Jargon on how it all works:
A heated Salt crystal will attract water molecules from the air,
forming a NaCl and H20 solution.
Sodium is classed as a Positive ion
and Chloride is classed as a Negative. Hydrogen has 2 parts Negative chargeand Oxygen being a Positive charge. These together
create a reaction, canceling each other out, resulting in a Negative ion.
It’s job is to seek out and attach itself to the nearest positive ion,
like a bacteria or dust and zaps it.
Creating a nice clean environment. Natures very own cleanser.
